Atlas scores every identifiable UK town centre on BID readiness, place vitality and whitespace opportunity. The composite combines commercial density, levy capacity, crime intensity, governance, demographics and vitality (footfall + search demand) — calibrated against the population of existing operational BIDs.
Footfall and search demand signals are England-only in v1; Scottish and Northern Irish towns surface explicit 'England-only signal' disclosures rather than fabricated data. Sources include ONS Retail Centres, Companies House, Police UK / Police Scotland, postcodes.io, SerpAPI Google Trends and direct council ingestion.
